IPv6 has been properly supported for quite a while now via WiFi, but that somehow never manifested itself for the iPad on LTE. In the second iOS Beta (15A5318g) the Telekom.de Carrier Profile was updated to version 28.5.6 which now finally has working IPv6! ❤️

Update: I just noticed, devices connected via mobile hotspot have IPv6 connectivity as well!
