  • Stark’s War Series by Jack Campbell

    Discovered via Marcin Juszkiewicz’s recommendation.

    Devoured the entire Series in a couple of days. No notes.

  • Androids by Chet Haase

    I always knew that Android’s architecture was influenced by PalmSource, but would have never guessed to what extent the DNA of Palm OS and Be OS ended up in Android. As a professional Android dev for over a decade, it was refreshing to get to know the inside scoop of how the APIs I’m so intimately familiar with came to be.

    If you are an Android dev, no matter the experience level, this book is a must read.

  • Discworld by Terry Pratchett

    The Discworld books have been on my radar for ages, but I have never gotten around to it, until now that is.

    There are various story strands that intertwine and touch at various points, and everybody has their own recommendations on how to get started. I took the Quiz and decided to go with the Rincewind arc.
